A 19 year old college student develops hematuria and proteinuria
approximately 3 weeks ago
he had superficial cellulitis of the right proximal thigh and buttocks
his condition is most likely to be secondary to infection with
a.-e.coli
b.-pseudomona aeruginosa
c.-staphyloccoccus aureus
d.-staphyloccocus epidermidis
e.-streptococcus pyogenes {group A}
