hi ...the ecfmg ERAS documentation requirements include an MSPE(medical student performance evaluation ) from the med school of applicant .it says it is nothing but deans letter renamed . i had 3q uestions?
since i as an img already have a deans letter,should i try to get it again in this format? thus will it be ok if i just skip it and provide deans letter or ask ECFMG to fill in a neutral filler letter ?
is it only for students( as name indicates) or for graduates as well?
since many people will have this question cropping up,.a good reply will be really useful

deans letter can be substituted for mspe
mspe is a more detailed form of deans letter
