I expect this year 2006 USMLE/National Board of medical Examiner is ready to use "Harvey" to test all USMLE American and IMG candidates for heart sounds.
All UK medical schools have Harvey which is designed by Dr. Harvey from texas, a cardiologist and is a heart sound dummy simulator.
But the problem is Harvey costs over 10,000 US and there are too many candidates, over 10,000 in US.
So be prepared to listen to all the real heart sound, understand, jugular venous distension and carotid upstroke and different pulses !

there's in the CS booklet a paragraph mentioning manequins and simulators for genital and rectal exam. Nothing though about CV simulators
