a full term male neonate is born with a 4x4 cm mass posterior to the right sternocleiodmastoid muscle. Delivery was uncomplicated and Apgar scores were 9 and 9 at 1 and 5 minutes, respectively. The mass is uniocular and filled with a watery fluid; no other abnormalities are present. The most likely diagnosis is a)branchial cyst B)cystic hygroma C)preauricular sinus D)thyroglossal duct cyst e)zenker’s diverticulum A?
