Probably G. Really difficult question I might add. No demographics or anything. But with Wegner's the presentation is usually with sinusitis, fever, and EYE symptoms. This is really hard one!

G, necrotizing arteritis put me between Wegener & GPS, but nodular areas of chronic pneumonitis & focal collections of epithelioid histiocytes indicate wegener over GPS

not F because there is no pneumonitis in sarcoidosis..

and yes no ARTERITIS
