a 28 year old woman is brought to the ER after a car accident in which her chest struck the steering wheel. Pulse is 125/min, and blood pressure is 90/60 mm Hg. She is diaphoretic and has dyspnea on exertion. Head and neck veins are distended. Heart sounds are distant and there are no murmurs. The radial pulse decreases
abnormally during inspiration. The most likely diagnosis is
