not at all,i just did few cases in kaplan cs book and once u get a basic idea thats it i didnot study UW and i didnot have time to study that.
u'll be fine be polite to the patient thats it.

I recomend UW since some cases from the actual exam might be similar to the one's in UW. The videos from UW site helpeld a lot too but the one's from E-bay a re great too.

Preethikalu - what do you mean by "mastering usmle step 2 cs" is it a kind of a book or do you mean the cd they send ?

What about these 'home-made' CDs that are making the rounds.....something about 44cases and 65 cases?? Are these cases from UW, FA or some other source??
Wud it be okay to just do those?
