Wow, I only just read it! Brilliant. Kind of made me freak out in the beginning- a three step question, very nasty and indirect too.
Had you questioned about where you got the question from and given 'I made it' as an option, I'd prolly have gotten it right, because I don't think they're actually not gonna tell you the name of the medicine and give 'increase medicine dose' as an option . Brilliant cooking up anyway.
