the wording is the big thing here.. (STD vs gyn infection)

[Because Candida and vaginosis are both normal flora that over grow..]

I don't like this question, and I don't think this kind of question will be on the board exam. What's the point? All are common gynecological infection. If include all, bacterial one should be common one. If just talk about sexual transmitted diseases, trychmonas should be number one.

We rarely see questions like this in the real exam, mostly they give symptoms and ask what is the most likely cause.
