dont know... i think all involves pharyngeal apparatus. may be e) as the basic pathology is vascular malformation

no, the path is twisting, turning and transformation in the pharyngeal arches.////////But since you took a good stab at it "vascular maformation" that is slightly related to Osler Weber Rendu -with the hereditary telangiectasia and bleeding, and bleeding and bleeding. Also its autosomal dominant with epstasix and family history

these are first arch syndromes. a lack of neural crest migration produces facial anomalies

that wud leave e by default
