Yeah I discussed with people in that thread but I did not agree with their choice. I folloe Kaplan and anyway I choose A if I see this question in the real exam.

i couldnt understand the arguement- the stem itself says it is vertebral angio and we say MCA as a branch. Anyway the picture is missing today. Cedrick pl post it again. Click this and find out Waqas http://www.prep4usmle.com/forum/thread/33264 Harry has got it right in that thread.
