I couldn't understand where to click to download.
I have a question: How frequently are the NBME questions changed? Are they- different everyday? Will all the people who take the test on the same day face the same questions? Basically I want to know for how long a set is asked, so that before I take NBME I know which set to avoid doing beforehand. How are the tests labelled?

I think questions are the same for all test takers, NBME is assessment only so questions do not become harder if test takers answer correctly.
The screen of NBME test is the same as in USMLE CD.
