Dx.-PID "pelvic inflamatory disease"
Right lower quadrant.-ovary
Now if there was BLOOD I agree fallopian tube{ectopic pregnacy}

The patient had purulent vaginal discharge... so I agree with option B... its PID that could have collected an abscess on the fallopian tube, consistent with all the characteristic given

Very typical of salpingitis....I never heard of ovaritis though! .....so the answer according to me is B
