A.. as for y?? ofcourse cases recorded shoe this.. but i also think that cosd testis were out of d scrotum for long.. heat n other physical attributes 've already damaged d germ cels.. hence risk for abnormal meiosis.. cancer.. i'd also agree wid nadia.. surgical correction implies strictures.. chances for torsion.. any comments on this?? but wud stil go wid A..
