i believe its based on what feeds the SA and AV node, its the RCA in 80% of cases, so I go with right

the artery that supplies posterior descending artery (PDA) and posterolateral artery (PLA) determines dominance. In 70 % they are supplied by the right coronary artery.

the artery which supplies the posterior descendin artery is the dominant one in only 15% cases its LCA...
