hi i am fmg and greencard holder.i get 232(94) in step 1,234(95) in step 2 and also had ecfmg certificate in jan 2006.i had done 1 month observership under private practioner in his clinic, he will give me LOR. but i was not allowed to go with him in hospital. does his LOR valuable. what should i do next?i have also opportunity of doing this kind of observership.should i do.for how many months of total observership is appropiate?what type of job opportunity for me?

you have good scores yes you shud include that physicians lor in your application,greencard is a big lus and you can now apply to some hospitals for observerships and see if they allow you to observe normally 4-6 weeks will be more than enough.
