I am going to take NBME test before USMLE exam and I know that the NBME test can be purchased. But do you know if, instead of taking it at home, I can take the test in the test center where I will take the USMLE exam? If yes, how to make the arrangement? Many thanks.

you will need to pay extra for that. it is called practise test. you will find it in the drop down list for exams at the prometric centre. same website for registering for the exam. however, the practise test is the same as the cd which was sent to you after you register. it is not NBME. to the best of my knowledge, NBME is taken at home. you may email NBME customer service to confirm.,
