Can we apply early september with just 2 LORs and add the third one later? will the PC download the application, or it will be considered incomplete?

Yes. Apply with 2. Programs HAVE to download all available information for your file.

But will they check later on to see if another letter is added??
Will it be considered complete?
I might kind of be in a similar situation. I will send in 2 and 1 late in September.
Should I wait until the last one is there to applay or just apply with 2 not to miss the advantage of applying early??

I think best move is to send 2 LORs at the beggining of sept then contact programs later, after adding the third, right bbb? would the PC take the time to download the 3rd letter and look at it?

watever document the person adds on later will b downloaded by the program automatically through ERAS...its a different matter if they would look at it or not...once u guys start using ERAS n interview season begins u'll notice that any LOR or a new PS submitted will b automatically downloaded by the programs u applied to...best bet is to call n notify programs after any change in ur CV....hope this helps...good luck

Reha - how can a letter be too good? Changing content is different than changing grammar, structure, etc.
