I'm volunteering in a free clinic, every time, I meet a different phyician, they are all volunteers, so I'm worried about getting a reccomendation letter, is it enough to mention that in the application or do I have to provide a proof and is't worth anyway? congrats Dr aprova, I'm so glad we still have you here while you are a very busy resident now, same goes to katzung, thanks.

Once you have worked with some of the physicians a few times, ask them if they would mind writing you a LOR (Letter of Recommendation) - it can't hurt. Besides, they may know someone who works in a residency program and put you in touch with the correct person. Good luck
