I think that cocaine and heroin are the same, in my country, no cocaine, only heroin

[True, it like comparing apples to oranges] the former inhibits reuptake of catecholamines, the later works at mu and kappa receptor, {in lawymans terms one will wake you up where the later kind of puts you in a sleep}
