does every one agree with this concept, Goljan says master 1!!????:

hypospadias--ventral side {the side near the ANUS, this is not what I expected with dorsal //ventral} but ventral side---failure of fusion of urethral folds....

the other: epispadias has to do with extrophy of bladder and migration of genital tubercle.

as far as incidence HYPOSPADIA is second only to crytochordism in males.. I had a problem differentiating these 2 but they are clearer now.
