A Ammonium chloride acidifies urine, leading to a decrease in aspirin excretion. robin082006, this is a description of salycilate intoxication, not haloperidol intoxication!

For Haldol intoxication Biperiden and Lorazepam could be given. Repeated doses of physostigmine could be given cautiously, since it can increase the chance of seizure.
