a 28 year old woman is brought to the emergency department after a motor vehicule accident in which her chest struck the steering wheel pulse is 125/min and blood pressure is 90/60 mmHg She is diaphorectic and has dysnea on exertion head and neck veins are distended heart sounds are disnatnt and there are no murmurs the radial pulse pressure decreases abnormally during inspiration the most likely diagnosis is ? a.-cardiac tamponade b.-hemorrhage from a ruptured descending aorta c.-mitral valve prolapse d.-pulmonary embolism e.-ruptured of a papillary muscle this may have been discussed before ,but I can't find it "posting issues"
