Nasotracheal intubation is Not used in the following trauma situations: -Apneic patients -Patients with maxillofacial injuries or rhinorrhea -Extremely urgent situations ....then which are the conditions in which nasotracheal intubation IS indicated? thanks To edit and rephrase the Q....Which are the conditions where nasotracheal intubation becomes the preferred choice over all else?
