in von Gierke's disease glycogen accumulation is limited to liver and kidneys because these two organs have
1)more glycogen than other organs
2)gluconeogenic enzymes
3)glycogen synthetase
4)a greater concentration of UDP glucose than other organs
5)a greater concentration of glucose 1-phosphate concentration than other organs.

Liver, Kidney, and small intestine are 3 organs where gluconeogenesis occurs and therefore glycogen accumulates there in glucose-6 phosphatase deficiency.
