Family with father ,grandfather and grandmother suffering from gardner's syndrome.father has 4 children.what are the chances that atleast one child has inherited the gardner's syndrome allele?

Gardner is Autosomal Dominant

Each child has 1/2 chance of deisease and 1/2 chance free of disease

All 4 children free of disease=1/2*1/2*1/2*1/2=1/16

So at least one child inherited is 1-1/16=15/16
