55 yr old man with long h/o HTN suddenly develops severe retrostrenal chest pain that radiates to upper back b/w the scapulae on exam he has diaphoresis and severe shortness of breath pulse 12/min,BP 130/60 in left arm and 80/50 in right arm. diffuse wet inspiratory cracles in both lung fields distant heart sounds and a previously undetected 2/6 blowing early diastolic murmur in rt 2nd and 3rd IC space adj to sternum.diagnosis?
A dissectiong aortic anneursym
B MI
C pericarditis and tamponade
D pulmonary embolism
E rupture chordae tendinae
F ventricular septum rupture

I seems to remember prolactin can antagonize the function of LH - therefore LH could be elevated. Not sure though.
