yes deary i know in gen mech of gluose uptake in hepatocye n muscles!! in oral we dont ahve to give additional insulin that wat my concern was cos i was considering in vivo study and in option oral glucose  thats funny cos forgot main question i.e in vitro...thats it....anyways thanks to u and indi esp who corrected actually

KG they are talking of H+ ions that is carried by Hb and not HCO3- which goes out of the cell and cl- moves in , the chloride shift, while H+ is buffered by Hb molecule...till it reaches it's destination where the CA rxn is reveresed. I wanted everyone to read what they didn't get hence wasn't posting the ans. so if u still want i will.

I found another Very interesting Question n Cudnt Help Posting it so Sorry
A young adult has been diagnosed to have had Gluten disease since his early childhood came with complaint of skin lesion, the lesion appeared to be flesh-colored–to–erythematous excoriated papules or vesicles and biopsy was taken for diagnostic purpose.
The likely pathologic finding would be:
a)IgM deposition of basement membrane
