sorry like always im late to come n join u all....but had some difficulties at my end
well friends sorry focus to diisappoint u i cud not come and hanks sweetie for the support and care ...i really need u all but sometimes things aroung u dont let us do what we actually want to do.. anyways imhappy to see all are active and finally doing mcqsssssssssssss wow!amd im happy to inform hreee as well that its juz last 5th day lect left what a relief ....missed u all alot while i was there at farm house but cud not be there at time of discussions now i hope u wonmt mind if i join u inbetween... well good work keep it up!
and to tell u one more good news esp mytime before getting my tooth to be out i thot to have 2nd opinion and this time she(new dentist) examined my tooth and said i do not need any extraction ypppppeeeee!so my sweet tooth is with me....thanx mytime he(tooth)really behaved welll

Did u know that first cells to respond to antigens are DC cells? now they reside in bone marrow nad elsewhere.....so what cud the answer really be?????????? NNL???????

NNL.......I agree answer to your question number 1 is :Lymph node . So now u are wondering as to why i picked E in the first place & my explaination is aydreaming , i was working on things in mind & so i thought of the first place where lymphopoiesis takes place......thought of yolksac & fetal liver and then casually picked E.
So its actually C (or i agree Unique .....might be GALT depending on the route but since they didnt go into all these intricacies, we just pick Lymphnode 
This time i am fully awake & my answers are:

My report:
I managed completing my GI (1st half yesterday). Today, i will complete the second
half and will do GI questions (with the help of Almighty).
Revised a little immuno yesterday.
I did 20 questions yesterday + 2 which NNL posted ,so 22......but i know Mytime wont be happy so i will do 50 questions as for today to make her happy.

What does DC stand for?
First cells involved in antigen response are antigen presenting cells i.e Macrophages, Dandritic cells, Langerhan's cells,B cells etc. Am I right ????

Immuno discussion will be the same time ......Saturday 2pm . The chapters will be 1-8 and we start from the beginning for all those who couldnt show up last time. Novak & Indidoc.....this time is scheduled accordingly, so you guys better be there . Keepgoing i hope the time works for you too else plz lemme know & we will figure out something else
because me & NNL are flexible ok........right now Zade is the only one missing and she has a reason so we will send her our discussion for the day(JUST HER).

We are on our first read too,just started discussing the common subjects we have all done. But dont worry we all take an hour or maybe more to revise it everyday before we all come up to discuss.

Yup u r right abt that DC is the most potent APC Cell present but it does not have the ability to induce an immune reaction here wht i found on the net
"MATURATION AND FUNCTION OF DENDRITIC CELLS
In most tissues, DCs are present in a so-called ‘immature’ state and are unable to stimulate T cells. Although these DCs lack the requisite accessory signals for T cell activation, such as CD40, CD54, CD80 and CD86, they are extremely well equipped to capture Ags in peripheral sites. Once they have acquired and processed the foreign Ags, they migrate to the T cell areas of lymph nodes (LNs) and the spleen, undergo maturation and stimulate an immune response. sorry sweetie i missed to wish u on time hope u will accept my belated wishes...
a)juz read all posts i was in hurry last time and saw no one welcomed me  anyways i deserved taht i was very iregular well focusmle--i dont have problem with this sat and 2pm time but that means it will be almost 1am here in india i doubt if i can be coz i dont feel active at that time but will try to be there but i wud preffer mondays for discussion as on mondays we all feel active or may be tuesday r wed cos in weekends feel so hectic after whole 5working days of struggling....plzz dont take me wrong i juz want if we can change time before 12am(indian time)if not the day we can change...its a request!

As far as saturday's schedule is concerned,plz just do it this time because its just the weekend getting u , the rest is fine right. I hope Indidoc & Novak show up because the schedule was based on their voting.......u know majority wins.But if u & Zade make up 2 votes in the ballot box, we might need to divide the group among 3.The 3 going in for saturday & the 3 going in for Monday or Wednesday(these are the only available days that work for Zade).
Indidoc & Novak..........we have our big discussion tomorrow so plz report. You guys HAVE TO BE THERE TOMORROW because its a new start based on u guys.

Honey, I'm going to be doing some serious butt whipping and make them read all subjects. They just won't know what hit them. Don't tell them yet. . Anyone can follow with even reporting since I am not getting a patent yet.. afterall it's not about just groupism the idea is to study.....but let them live in the illusion of what fun we are having!!!!!!!!!!!!

Mytime, Unique and my other sweet friends ......here comes my report now.
I did GI 2 nd part too and revised this crazy immuno in which i freak out whenever i realise i got NNL question wrong. See so u are right guys, we need to practice questions to get this scary feeling out.
I am planning to do 50 questions today( the ones Zade send), so will post all the answers when i finish them(they are 200 altogether) & we can all compare our answers.
Would be nice if everyone can finish them in the comming week & we will post all our answers on saturday then.
By the way Unique, i think u are doing really good mashALLAH. Saw u r post & know u managed completing GI yesterday. Even u r immuno is good honey, because u still remember things nicely & get most of the stuff correct.
I have mailed u & Mytime immuno's questions today. Mytime, can u plz confirm ur e-mail too because i just got an error. I know i have u at msng but donno why this is giving an error.
By the way whats up Mytime......were u able to achieve yesterdays target?

About the Target what do u think?????????? Slept at 2. Today is my kindabreak day as i have been working pretty hard. Actually ws meant to be dicussion day at BORDERS but got cancelled at last minute..so.
Over the weekend I got bacterias to deal with.
