Hi Guys
According to everyones availability, we are all avaiable on saturday.Zade, u gave us monday & wednesday. If you are not working on saturday can u plzzzz fix some time for this discussion.....just 1 hour plz?
As far as i am concerned, i did my general patho & now i am at GI. Patho is real time consumming , but i am there & i have to do it........no looking back at how much time i gave because it wont come back for me......i just need to do it nicely now.
Mytime & Unique's group is starting Pharma and i plan on doing pharma following their schedule. This is because Mytime takes a nice slow pace & i will be dealing with the big 2 "Ps" at the same time.Yaar, got to finish them by the end of december INSHALLAH.
Indidoc......i would have loved to do anatomy with you and you know that very well, but i am standing at a strange turn right now . So plz go ahead & i will keep a close eye on you dont worry. I apologise for any unintentional inconveniences.I will be fun when we will do it together with everyone & that will be soon i promise ok.
Mytime......keep it up !!......i know i can always rely on you........thanks for everything.
& NNL......Thanks for supporting me & i hope we fix this immuno thing & move on to the next.
Zade & Novak.........GOOD WORK u guys........now plz hurry up & start with the next subject ok. The days are flying by quick we all know that.

Hey focus, I am also doing Pathology and am just one or two chapter ahead of you. If you like , we can do it together. As you know I will also be doing Pharma along with it and my pace will be very slow. I do not want to drag you behind but may be I can speed up a little bit by following your footsteps. Please let me know if it works for you.

well guys due to the discussion i m going thru Immuno again will take a couple of days to finish n then gonna start on heamatology in Path cos the tables r the ones which will help us even after the exms
So after that u guys wanna start which ever subj lemme know n how many ppl r gonna be there just inform that also. Its a matter of Feasibilty n comfortability so whtever suits u guys just lemme it was kinda interesting to have ppl start discussing like our neighbors. we can post Questions here n I think Zade did mention abt having some questions Zade can u post them here so atleast we will have something going on

Ok, guys can you believe it. I just sketched my timeline for Pathology & it is taking around another solid 15 days. I know its taking too long & i freak out when i count the actual number of days i have put in. But then look at it this way.......... this might
be 60% of my exam which i am investing or is this Rationalization 
Anyway, so i am putting it here in black& white for all of you ESP Mytime & Unique.
GI .....2 Days
Hepatobiliary.....2 Days
Renal............2 Days
Gyna............2 Days
Endocrine......1 Day
Musculoskeletal.....1 Day
Skin.....................1 Day
,CNS.....................1 Day
Haem...................3 Days
I know its taking long guys........but remember i will be doing pharma along & pharma is not just pharma, its PHARMACOLOGY for me(and Unique):P
So plz help us God & make Mytime really kind when we do Pharma
Moreover, u all know that i have a sweet tooth & i eat lots of happy food (candies,chocolates,icecreams)when i feel low.But yesterday my mom found out that i actually ate all the left over candies from Haloween (which by the way were about 4 boxes have 70 chocolates each) & she was mad like anything. So i am not allowed to have any icecreams & candies for the rest of.......hmmmmm........i dont even know
how many days......WAAAAAAAA WAAAAAAAAAAA.
So u see i have to combat with so many things at a time here. Anyway, the battle begins.........
By the way i wish Mytime,Zade r Unique's kids would be living close one day so i could have spoiled them & became their fav aunt . So now u know, why all the kids in my family love me.
Zade.....you are really doing good & i am very proud of you. Keep it up buddy.I will send you the discussion. Oh I didn't know ZADE had a kid too and i always thot she was a guys...sorry yaar.
OK FOCUS good plan u can actually do it. Since pharm starts only coming monday...What I need u to do from today is qs. Q bank a 100 a day. besides revision. And No more Sweets for u I'm with ur Mom. Surya is not going to meet u. AGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!!!
If u feel like a sweet do 5 more qs. Good Luck u better keep updating me regularly. I'm to finish virology today and reread my immuno for my Friday Houston discussion.And do bacteriology soon after..maybe in two days...if possible. Like u know it's my first read but i'll soon get there. Come Monday it's pharm with path....based on the surprise everynight timetable. So lets see which of us keeps to their end of the bargain and which one needs the whip.

I think the initial immune response will occur wherever the antigen meets the immune barrier- lymphatic tissue. Like for oral antigen, it is the tonsils, GALT. But most of all, I think I could pick Lymph node (the follicles as the main center) as the answer... . this was my thought on th equestion n oddly enuf i havent found the answer to it could guys explain me y E is the answer

NNL I think u are right with the choice of lymph node 'coz when the antigen or antigenic peptide is present that is where B or T cell or others are released and then some T are transferred to other lymphatic places...for secondary response. So ans. is C. The other one E.
And the new set are B, C, A.

NNL, regarding the 1st q, you are right that activation of immune response will take place in the reticuloendothelial system depending on the mode of entry of antigen . The stem of the q is a little confusing as lymph nodes, GALT (and may be thymus also in children?) are the possible places for the activation of immune response.
