Dear colleagues
I would like to ask you 2 questions:
1. I've subscribed to usmleworld CCS to practice some of their cases. Well, i have to notice that their work-up is really thorough and detailed. I am an IMG so don't have US clinical experienca but even as an foreigner I really think it's too much. Do you really do in USA such a huge and enormous work-up in every patient? Do we really need to do (and write) all of what they suggest us in their examples?
2. I would also ask you if you could help me and tell me which web pages or maybe books, CDs are there I could also buy or subscribe to (only interested in CCS). Anyone has any experience with other stuff except usmleworld.
I would really appreciate if you could help me about this.
