Sorry i think it's B..clomipramine doesn't have dopamine receptor blocking effect ,,,so far i have read.. Amoxapine is a strong reuptake inhibitor of norepinephrine and weak reuptake reuptake inhibitor of serotonin. One of its major metabolites, 7-hydroxyamoxapine, has a dopamine receptor blocking effect.

A it's a TC antidepressant and major side effect is dopamine blocking effect. any othe input? with explanation plz?
