26 yr old female with reactive depression, c/o missing her period and having milk discharge from breast. No signs of pregnancy, with negative pregnancy test. Causative drug
a. Clomipramine
b. Amoxapine
c. Fluoxetine
d. Mirtazapine
e. Tranylcypromine

Sorry i think it's B..clomipramine doesn't have dopamine receptor blocking effect ,,,so far i have read..

Amoxapine is a strong reuptake inhibitor of norepinephrine and weak reuptake reuptake inhibitor of serotonin. One of its major metabolites, 7-hydroxyamoxapine, has a dopamine receptor blocking effect.
