Nine months ago a 60 year old man had a myocardial infartion of his left anterior ventricular wall.
recovery was uneventful.

im not jumping on band wagon here because usmle expects us to know histologic and gross changes in a M.I. at different stages of time eg. 1 day, 4 days , 10 days, 7 weeks. I go with anwer-a because im thinking that fibrolast growth factor is responsible for granulation tissue at 10 days.

in the q, 9 MONTHS is mentioned not DAYS.
