A 22 year old college student who has been treated for anxiety and depressed mood for 6 weeks develops episodes in which she feels light headed and almost faints
pulse is 110/min and blood pressure is 110/70 mmHg while standing

yes B. b/c it also has alpha blocking effects- results in orthostatic hypotension

Amitriptyline with the anticholinergic side effects because It's a tricyclic antidepressants

yes Amitriptyline , it's a TCA and that's why they are used only for Atypic depression, not for general endogenous depression!
