A 74 year old mas has a cough.On auscultation of the right posterior chest the patient's spoken "ee" sounds more like "ay"

could this be pleural effusion??

I was thinking that they may have been examining the right middle lobe instead of the right lower lobe which is more towards the right axilla. Also, he had a cough..
