Not see clearly, but they are in palm and look like wart

So I go with E

B.Billous phephigoid

c- DERMATITIS herpetiformis

D-ACITINC kreatosis

E- ICTHYosis vulgaris

Icthyosis vulgaris is the most common inherited Disorder ( goljan says)

Yes; is B referring to psoriasis? (epidermal acanthosis). Pemphigus vulgaris is acantholysis.
