A 55 year old woman who is obese coems to the physician because of daytime drowsiness,early morning headaches and swollen ankles
during the interview she says " my husband tells me I snore too loudly"and he cant get any sleep beause of it
Echocardiography shows an enlarged right ventricule and poor right ventricular funtion
