HI I am an IMG trying to apply for my CS. I would like to know which center is better (ate least friendly) with IMG. I am specially worried about the close accent in some places of USA> any help would be great thanks!!! :

That's hard to know... I personaly didn't have problems with accent, but heard that sometimes you face a particular standarized patient with an awful accent... best advice is practice your english as much as you can before the exam.
