25. A 45-year-old man has had four episodes of involuntary twitching of the right foot. Following the last episodes, he had a tonic-clonic seizure. Which of the following structures on the left is the most likely origin of the seizure? H, right nerve VI right medial strabismus--> paralysis of right lateral rectus--> injury at right nerve VI

Yeah, C for the brainstem one. This is the ventral aspect; the dorasl aspect you'd see the peduncles. What do y'all think about the seizure one? temporal lobe? insular cortex??

I think A covers both, foot area and also motor cortex which is in frontal cortex. Please guide me if I'm in the wrong way.

I mean primary motor cortex in frontal lobe.

Ok, primary motor cortex. what is the most common seizure focus in the brain? is it the insular cortex (which is what, anyway?)? temporal lobe?

For 25 I will also go w/ D - the motor control for lower limb lies in the medial part thus inferior frontal cortex is unlikely.
