i go with Babesia. Leishmanisis is from the bite of sand fly is RXed with stibogluconate--it has ubiquitous symptoms.{i think it originate near the middle east] T. Cruzi Rx with Nifurtimox originate in S. America {cardiomeagaly and megacolon} someone else take malaria..
