can anyone explain, how much quantity (drinks/bottles) (daily/weekly)of alcohol is considered harmful, to ask about CAGE & for couselling, plz mention about beer & wine. i am confused abt this bcoz here alcohol is considered a part of culture & socialization, so it will be awkward, if we start counselling even for moderate amounts.

As far as I know alcohol counselling is done if intake of alcohol exceeds
>21 units in males & 14 units in females per week.
