Ans C. From history one should know she has nephritic syndrome more specific poststeptococal glomerulonephritis. YOu can get to ans just by eliminating the other option. As far as you know that damage is done to glomerulus, you could eliminate choicee A,B,D,E. Mesengail cell are present in glomerulus and they proliferate during poststreptococal GN.
