I am reading anatomy at present.
Is there any body interested to discuss their reading expereience.
Any person who is reading anatomy or who is about to start anatomy are welcome for discussion.
Please let me know if any such thing is going on in this forum already

hi there, i am doing neuro and pharm. neuro from kap and HY, pharm from kap and katzung review. just started. wht abt you? wht chapters r u covering today?
padma, the dvds are old ones - 2002. if u r using new kap notes, there will be some difference. but it doesnt matter much. for neuro u need not go thru the dvds as the guy is repeating the whole thing from notes. anat was useful.

Happy that we start as three. Hope we will grow.......
I am planning to take part 1 around nov/ dec
planning to start with KAPLAN lecture notes, waiting for HY
My todays plan was to start with upper limb but changed my view after hearing from padma and Ivil.
common alex, we need to read it at some point of time. we will gain more interest once we start it.....

Hi anat readers
Like alexae I believe in reading the entire portion fast in the first reading
we need to decide the total number of days that we spend on anatomy
shall we say as 10 days
we need to split this to
Neuro - 2
Head and neck - 2
Thorax - 1
Abdomen - 1.5
Upper limb
Lower limb - 1.5
Accessories - 1
(Histo/ basic embryo and others given in the lecture notes before the organ system proper)
REVISION 1 DAY
The person whoever is taking the exam earlier would be in a better position to push all of us to move fast
today could be day 1.
People could change the order if they are specific about it. If anyperson is willing to lead our group, please POST THE FINAL TIMETABLE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE for all of us to stick to.

hai i am happy with ur response. i have read up to brainstem(still not completed).i am just hearing tapes and going thru notes.it is ok with ur time table.according to u keep the topics to be covered daily.waiting for them spjokes.

Day 1 - Neuro HY Chapter 2 - 13. around 80 pages... First chapter is MRI, CT and Atlas.

I have finished the NEUROANATOMY IN KAPLAN LECTURE NOTES 2004 & FA
I dont have high yield at present.
Is there a link to download it. please let me know in case it is there

guys I think 2 days for neuroanatomy is not enough. If it's the first reading I think you need at least 4 days for it. Good luck
