Hi all my friend is interested in knowing about fellowship in dermatology. does one need to complete the steps before applying or can get away by just applying to individual programs? any infromative reply appreciated. thanx in advance

Dermatology is a residency not fellowship. Extremely competitive. You will need ECFMG certification and the top scores for your application to be considered. Next to impossible to get into. Good luck

Thanx BBB for the reply.Ido know dermatology is a residency but my friend is already on her way to becoming one in india. she needs to know bout getting into fellowship in procedural dermatology or paediatric dermatology. she was trying to find out bout getting in without giving the steps.Can it be done? if not what scores would be acceptable for getting into a fellowship?Any idea?
