I have seen ERAS website but I need to clarify few things.

Is it ok for us to see medical school transcript and medical evalutions and send by us or ask MEdical school to send it to ERAS?

For letter of recommendation, we need to sign waiver (yes or no) and should we then give this filled form to the prospective letter writer to send it along with letter or ask the person to send the letter to the application in a sealed envelope and then attach the letter along with seal recommendation letter to ERAS?

Would we ever see recommendation letter if you waive our right to see the letter.

Once letter are at ERAS, Do we have a choice to choose which letters to which program.

ERAS says only 4 letters does that include,

Dean letter
Chair of department ( medicine in my case)
2 more

Diploma and transcript need to be sent by your School to the ECFMG.

I didn't waive my right, and I got the LORs , and everybody was happy, I sent them to ERAS.

And yes you get to choose what LOR to send where you wan to send it.

Best of luck to you!

How many total LORs one can send. Does dean's letter is part of LOR or is it considered separate.

Do one has to provide one paper sheet with your name, usmle ID # and one picture to send it along with transcript and diploma?

I don't know about the Dean's letter cause it did not apply to my case.

I didn't send a a photo with the diploma and transcript as far as I can remember. But just to be sure I would call the ECFMG and ask them.

Best of luck to you again!
