Is it d???

D

a.-increased end systolic volume --> decrease Stroke volume and therefore decrease BP

b.-increased venosu compliance--> decrease preload and therefore decrease BP

c.-inhibition of secretion of ADH {vasopressin}: ADH increases in hemorrhage

d.-A fluid shift from interstitial to vascular compartements: yes

e.-release of atrial natriuretic peptide: ANP decreases in hemorrhage

D is the strange one?!! This really happens after hemorrhage??

Isn't A in fact increased end DIASTOLIC volume? cedrick??

yes D...fluid does shift from interstitial compartment ( due to lowered capilliary hydrostatic pressure)..but it takes many hours to occur
