Instead of the choices that you gave, you should have given other choices to make this answer even simpler. From your choices one can easily eliminate four wrong choices and can come up with correct answer....that is choice D..increased capillary to fiber ratio.....

hey its hyperplasia, not hypertrophy, besides skeletal muscle cells are static,not labile, they cannot enter the cell cycle phase G1.
