I am bit confused on CS.
I have cleared step 1 and plan to do step 2 by sept.
I want to go for next match cycle.
What do programs generally require in terms of CS? Do you need to have passed it on application time or by the time of interview?
I am greencard holder and dont need H1
Your help is greatly appreciated.
