C Lesions look like cysts with clearly seen capsules--> may be chocolate cysts in endometriosis (I look for polycystic kidney disease but no answer choice)

It looks like hydronephrosis for me. If she is old I will go for ca cervix, now for this young lady I will go for J) VUR correct me if I am wrong

This is definitely hydronephrosis. I got a * with no bar on the renal section (how wish it was like that for everything else!!!)
