Luckily we have a forum where there not selling loads of notes, books, palm pilots, infringing on Kaplan and pass USMLE without opening a book schemes thanks to the moderator. Because for those of us honestly,diligently"on a mission", FOCUSED, " without tangents"and intently focused on Step 1 to the nth degree that stuff is only a big DISTRACTION. There are many forums for that and yahoo. Your better of doing 1st aid, Harrison word by word and Q bank.
